Before your call there are a few really important things we need you to do:

#1) Put a reminder in your phone for our call!

You can do this right in your phone’s calendar app. You will also get a text from our team, an email confirmation and a few reminders leading up to the call.

#2) Make a list of questions and concerns to discuss on our call.

We know that you probably have a lot of questions - that’s okay! Make a list so that you don’t forget to ask them during the call.

#3) If you should need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

We really value your time and ask that you do the same for us. Our consultation calendar fills up quickly so it's important that you show up for our call or release the date & time if you need to cancel or reschedule.

“Candice was amazing to work with to make our wedding day florals everything we wanted and beyond. We setup meetings throughout the planning process and even though it was virtual due to the pandemic, she was able to capture our entire vision. Candice created the perfect vision board for our ceremony, reception and bridal florals. The arch was amazing! Our ceremony backdrop was a golf green so the arch created a focal point and really made our ceremony feel complete. The reception was a mix of white flowers with curly willow branches and lots of candles, she made our reception feel romantic and timeless. The best part was when Candice walked into the bridal suite with our flowers, I wanted to cry seeing the gorgeous bouquets but I had just had my makeup done but they were that perfection. Candice is sweet, professional, available to answer all emails, and truly a master at her craft. She will make your day exceptional and beautiful with all of the floral details. I cannot thank her enough for everything!!”

"I knew from early on that I wanted a wedding planner/coordinator because I didn't even know where to start with planning and was getting overwhelmed just thinking about everything that needed to get done. I am so glad that I found Candice and started working with her a little over a year out from our wedding. From our first conversations, she put me at ease and provided us with a timeline that helped break down everything that needed to be done and when we should aim to have it done by. Finding vendors for a 2022 wedding was an experience to say the least, but Candice helped to reach out to vendors when I wasn't getting responses, advised us if vendor contracts should have certain things added in, and also tracked down information on vaccination status and proof of insurance that our venue required. I don't know how many emails and texts I sent to Candice, but I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response (even when I was sending emails at ridiculous hours of the morning and night and did not expect her to get back!) I am so glad that I also hired her for design. I knew that I wanted a dark, candlelight romantic vibe, but I wasn't sure if that made sense with a brighter color palette for our summer wedding. Candice managed to select things from my pinterest board that made sense and put together a style board that finally helped me to visualize the wedding. I was still nervous on the day of the wedding because I had been so vague about what I wanted, but Candice and our florist created the most beautiful ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces. I actually cried during the room reveal because it was so perfect. In addition to handling the planning and design, Candice was a true lifesaver when it came to coordination on the day of the wedding. There were a few issues that arose with vendors, as well as guests showing up after they had RSVPd "No" which messed up the table assignments. Candice handled it all very calmly and professionally. I actually don't know what I would have done without her. I am immensely grateful that she was there so that I could just enjoy the wedding of my dreams. If you are considering a planner, this is your sign to hire Candice and The Styled Stem!"

"Hiring the Styled Stem was the #1 best decision of all the wedding decisions we made! We hired them for full service wedding planning and design, and the attention we received was top-tier. In the months before the wedding, the Styled Stem team provided the perfect balance of logistical and emotional support to allow me to go into my wedding day without any concerns. From day 1, the team listened to my vision and worked with me to make it happen, from finding the best-in-class vendors to floral design to logistical support. My wedding was set in the backyard of my uncle's rural property in western New Jersey. There were many unique challenges associated with this venue choice: parking on a bumpy lawn, scarcity of indoor restrooms, a long driveway which made for tricky rental delivery. Candice and her team found us the valet who would make it happen, the more deluxe mobile restrooms any of our guests had seen, and on the day of my wedding, she solved delivery mishaps before I even heard about then. And the visual design! Everything came out exactly as I wanted it to, and beyond. I was surprised on the day of my wedding with gorgeous wildflower floral arrangements in small glass vases. The day was a perfect blend of flowery laid-back visuals while still feeling elegant and allowing the natural environment to sing. My wedding bouquet, a Styled Stem design, was absolutely perfect, and Candice's completely independent design and creation. One more thing: this team attended the most sentimental day of our lives and fit right in among our family and friends. They worked incredibly hard, but with such grace and good humor, they felt like family. “I worked with Candice for my Oct 2021 wedding. The words "hire" and "worked with" don't do her justice because Candice absolutely crushed it in every single capacity. There were many hurdles thrown her way - a less than ideal turnaround time, bad weather, I do not live in PA (we got married in PA) - and candice handled it all flawlessly. from the first time I spoke with Candice, I knew right away she has a perfect match. I felt comfortable with her and totally trusted her to give it to me straight, tell me things i definitely needed and also not push for anything unnecessary. She took my disorganized, confused incomplete vision and made it cohesive and then executed flawlessly. I would literally vote for her for president of the united states. everything was gorgeous and the event was seamless. several weeks later my notoriously difficult grandmother (god love her) is still calling me to tell me how amazing Candice and her team were. I dont know how but Candice found a bunch of mini-Candices and enlisted them all to be her team, everyone was absolutely awesome. “We are so happy that we chose Candice as our florist and planner. From our initial Zoom call to our wedding day, Candice helped us realize our vision - even when we didn't know what that was! While we had some vague ideas of what we wanted, we weren't the best at planning. Not only that, there were many DIY elements to our wedding, which made things feel overwhelming at times. Candice helped us each step of the way, providing guidance when needed but still having us set the tone for what we wanted. She was patient with us and worked within our budget, offering substitutions if certain items weren't feasible, and always making sure that we were all on the same page.
